Moving- cleaning Renovation Cleaning

Payments are due one week after the cleaning, and we handle the RUT deduction for you.

Key handling is essential for security reasons, and ensuring you get it back in time. We are flexible, and several options are available on your part- let us know in the contact form how you will proceed.

Certain things you can do to make sure that the cleaning can be done.

* Remove all the furniture in the apartment/ house- if you can't, for any reason, let us know.

* Unplug the freezer, and pull them out from their place so that we can get behind them

* Let us know if you have a balcony

* Remove stickers, picture hooks, etc.

We follow a routine checklist, which is standard in requirements for moving- cleaning.

Living room

* All painted surfaces, including spaces between elements and walls, are cleaned.
*Windows are washed inside and out, and window frames and joinery are wiped down.
* Wardrobes, wardrobe fittings, and the surface on top of the wardrobe are cleaned.
* Floor, skirting board, and thresholds are wiped down.

Kitchen
* The same steps are carried out as for the living room above.
* The stove is cleaned inside and out, and the floor and wall surfaces behind the stove are cleaned.
* Light fittings are wiped down and cleaned.
* The cooker hood and valves are cleaned inside and out.
* The fridge and freezer are cleaned inside and out and aired out. (Must be defrosted before cleaning day)

Bathroom, WC
* Bathroom cabinets are cleaned, and mirrors are washed.
* The toilet seat, washbasin, and bathtub/shower cubicle are thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
* Floor drains are cleaned. Walls and floors are cleaned.
* Utility room
* The washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet are cleaned and wiped down, and the filters are cleaned.
* Floor drains and valves are cleaned.
* Storage areas are cleaned.
